Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing the overall operations of the venue, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food and beverage offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or similar role in a fast-paced, late-night venue environment.
