Role Overview

This part-time Recreation Assistant position offers an excellent opportunity to be involved in various leisure activities at the Princess Royal Sports Arena in Boston.

Main Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone using the Leisure Centre.

  1. To provide a high-quality experience for all users.
Responsibilities and Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leisure activities, maintaining a safe environment, and working with a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is highly desirable, but full training will be provided in all aspects of the role. A DBS check will be required for this position.
