Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our manufacturing team in the United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring production targets are met in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Machinery Operation: Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment to meet production targets.
- Product Assembly: Assemble products according to company specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Quality Control: Perform quality checks on finished products and report defects to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Production Management: Ensure production targets and deadlines are met, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Health and Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Stock Management: Assist with stock management and packing of products to meet customer demands.
- Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
- Physical Fitness: Physical fitness for manual handling tasks is essential.
- Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a team to achieve production targets.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends, and adapt to changing production demands.
