We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Community Care Practitioner to join our East Fife services team. As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will provide personalized support to individuals, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives and contribute positively to their communities.
About the Position:
- Job Overview: Provide comprehensive support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Provide social support through engagement in community activities and outings.
- Administer and monitor medication as required.
- Offer practical assistance with daily household tasks, such as general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping.
Compensation Package: £24,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus paid travel during shifts and 45p per mile fuel allowance.
