Role Overview:
The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner. As a key member of our East Fife services, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with various needs, including physical and learning disabilities, mental health issues, and autism. Our approach focuses on promoting independence, recovery, and personal growth in a supportive environment.

About the Job:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Support Practitioner, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care, household chores, and meal preparation
- Encouraging social interaction and community engagement through planned outings and activities
- Administering medication and monitoring health requirements
- Supporting individuals with challenging behaviors or high care needs

Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A valid UK driving license and willingness to use it for work purposes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues
- Basic knowledge of health and social care principles and practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, shifts, and sleepovers if required
