About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Industry leading Asset Management professional to join our Asset Management Advisory (AMA) team. You will work with major public and private sector entities across all sectors but principally those with major capital and infrastructure commitments in Natural Resources, Energy, Power & Utilities, Transport, Oil and Gas, Defence and Health and Education. This role offers exciting opportunities building upon a global capability in Asset Management.

The AMA team provides in-depth advice on operating model transformation, analytics and asset management improvement programmes, asset investment planning, network/service resilience and maintenance planning, internal audit, assurance and peer review of key business processes, and data and technology advisory services for the asset lifecycle. As a Strategic Asset Management Specialist, you will support all AMA activity across the business including Operating Model Transformation, Strategy and Planning, Internal Audit, Transactions, Risk and Technology.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop practical solutions to address client problems across the broad services provided by the AMA team.
2. Provide high-quality outputs and deliver results-driven work product while maintaining excellent communication and presentational skills.
3. Collaborate with colleagues to advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, valuations, tax, accounting, and due diligence issues.

Requirements:
- An understanding of the energy sector and its current challenges, specifically the Oil & Gas sector across Europe and the Middle East.
- Knowledge on the Oil & Gas value chain and decarbonisation.
- Experience working across the Oil and Gas value chain (upstream, midstream or downstream).
- Understanding and assessment of operating models and end-to-end process for asset management and capital delivery for asset-intensive organisations.
- Broad understanding of the capital project lifecycle and the implications for an Oil & Gas project.
- Strong analytical skills and/or strong written, communication and excellent presentation skills.
- Good client relationship track record.
- Experience in creating benchmarking / data analysis reports.

Salary Estimate:
This role comes with a competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £100,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension plan, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
