Job Title: Route Safety Coordinator
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
C9 Group T/A C9 Recruitment is seeking a reliable Bus Driver to join our team. As a Route Safety Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of buses, adhering to company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a PCV bus safely and efficiently
- Pick up and drop off passengers at scheduled stops
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing passenger inquiries and concerns
- Adhere to traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures
- Regularly inspect vehicles to ensure roadworthiness
- Maintain accurate records of journeys and report any incidents or issues
- Manage cash fares and ticket machines, as required
Requirements:
- Valid PCV licence
- Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
- Minimum 6 months experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A professional and courteous attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No more than 6 points on driving licence
