Pub General Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Pub General Manager to lead the food and beverage service at The London Pub, situated within the courtyard of the Royal National Hotel in the heart of Bloomsbury.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain a high-quality bar service with a focus on efficient service delivery.
* Oversee the implementation of service standards, operating procedures, and evaluate their effectiveness.
* Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and hotel procedures related to the pub and service of alcoholic beverages.
* Manage cash procedures, including preparation and calculation of beverage bills, and cashing up of tills.
* Maintain stock control, including ordering, deliveries, and stock rotation.
* Report and liaise regularly with the F&B Manager regarding departmental performance.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
* Lead a team to achieve high standards in sales and profits.
* Train and develop the team to ensure the service meets specifications.
* Pro-actively solve problems and work on own initiative to deal with opportunities.
* Maintain a positive attitude towards management instructions.
* Work well under pressure in a busy environment.
