We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Home Delivery Driver to join our team at Iceland. As a key ambassador for our business, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver shopping to customers' doors, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
- Work as part of a supportive team, providing assistance and support as needed.
- Participate in the wider store operation, lending a hand with tasks such as packing stock and working on the checkout.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and late evenings, to meet the needs of our customers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current driving licence, held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
