About the Role

Reed Talent Solutions RPO for DVSA is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Test Centre Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to candidates taking Driving Theory Tests across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and invigilate tests to ensure a smooth and secure assessment process

• Ensure the test centre meets individual candidate needs in accordance with the Equality Act and our approach to diversity and inclusion

• Handle and report incidents that could impact candidate testing

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess:

• Significant demonstrable experience in providing high-quality customer service

• Flexibility in working hours and days, including evenings and Saturdays

• A full UK driving licence (although driving will not be required for all locations)
