A leading food manufacturer based in North Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their maintenance function. As a Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the planning and delegation of workloads, manage performance metrics, and control the engineering budget.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that values innovation and employee development. You will be responsible for managing a diverse maintenance function, including multi-disciplined engineering teams with experience in the sector as a Maintenance Manager or Engineering Manager. The salary package includes a competitive salary of circa £75-£80k, plus great bonus, pension, healthcare etc.
