Join Our Team as a Front of House Team Member

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Offshore, a vibrant pub located on the Lytham St Annes seafront. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our pub, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, beer, and people. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Taking food and drink orders
  • Bar service
  • General duties to add value to customer experience
  • Working with the kitchen team to deliver great food
  • Delivering bills and taking payment efficiently
  • Being supportive and proactive with your team
  • Sticking to standards to keep everyone safe
