  • Clinical and Operational:
    • Ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care services, including medication management, wound care, and palliative care.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, including care plans, medication charts, and incident reports.
    • Ensure the effective use of resources, including staff, equipment, and supplies.
  • Quality and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including CQC regulations.
    • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, in collaboration with staff, residents, and families.
  • Communication and Relationships:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including residents, families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities.
    • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with colleagues, residents, and families.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: NVQ 5 / RMN
  • Experience: 2+ years in a care management role
  • Skills: leadership, management, communication, clinical care, quality improvement
