Job Overview

Fresha is seeking a CRM Administrator (HubSpot) to manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM, ensuring the platform meets the needs of our growing sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, developing automation workflows, supporting our teams with any CRM-related challenges, and creating accurate reporting and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  1. CRM Management & Maintenance
  2. Ensure optimal functionality of HubSpot, managing settings and configurations.
  3. Regularly update and cleanse the CRM data to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  4. Data Analysis & Reporting
  5. Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and customer service teams to track performance and identify areas of improvement.
  6. Analyze CRM data to provide insights on customer behaviors, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness.
  7. User Support & Training
  8. Provide ongoing training and support for users across the company, helping them navigate HubSpot effectively.
Requirements
  1. Experience in HubSpot CRM administration is essential (HubSpot certification is a plus).
  2. Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data management, and process automation.
  3. Excellent analytical skills with experience in CRM reporting and dashboard creation.
  4. Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
