Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our Global Trade and Receivables Finance team in Worthing, UK. This role is responsible for ensuring the fair treatment of customers, managing a portfolio of clients, and developing strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role, strong IT skills, and the ability to learn new approaches and knowledge quickly. They will also be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure their sales ledger is up-to-date
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a champion for services and ensure key objectives are prioritized appropriately
  • Take personal responsibility for understanding and agreeing performance expectations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail
  • Able to learn new approaches and knowledge quickly
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
