Site Manager Opportunity in Edinburgh

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team in Edinburgh.
About the Role:
- Manage overall project delivery from inception to practical completion.
- Liaise with internal staff and external sub-contractors to ensure a smooth process.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage overall project delivery, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- To identify concerns with processes, methods, or data and contribute to the development of company-wide solutions.
- To check all facilities during works for damage and report to management.
Requirements:
- Experience of working within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction/house-build processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £46,000+ package. Additionally, you will be entitled to a generous annual bonus scheme, private pension scheme, healthcare, car allowance or company car, and fuel allowance.
