Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Courier to join our team at Pegasus Couriers. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering parcels to customers across the Borders and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a valid driving license and be able to pass a basic criminal disclosure assessment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver parcels on a pre-set route system without the need for area knowledge
  • Use a user-friendly system to manage your deliveries and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in on-site training to ensure a smooth transition into the role
  • Take advantage of training pay for attending classes and enhance your skills
  • Enjoy team bonuses and a bi-weekly pay schedule with a performance bonus scheme
  • Operate a fuel card for work miles and make the most of self-employed positions with VAT scheme (up to £30 extra per week)
  • Benefit from tax assistance if required and flexible working hours


Requirements:
  • Valid driving license for at least one year with no more than 6 points
  • Over 21 years old and able to pass a basic criminal disclosure assessment
