The role offers extensive training, enabling you to design and sell conservatories with confidence. You will utilise our internal systems to create living spaces that excite and persuade customers, giving persuasive sales pitches to convert quotes into sales. Education of customers about product ranges and services is also a key aspect of the job.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be proactive, results-driven, and flexible with regards to workload and working hours. Experience within Home Improvements (or similar) paired with CAD or Design experience is essential. A driver with a full UK driving licence and your own car is also required.

The estimated salary for this position is £60-90k OTE (On Target Earnings), with additional bonuses including holidays, weekends away, tickets to sports events, and a comprehensive support package. Industry-leading training, along with a tour of our factory, will help you reach your full sales and business development potential.
