Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated teacher to join our team at Progress Schools - Tees Valley. As an innovative educator, you will play a key role in supporting the academic and personal growth of our students. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, delivering high-quality teaching, and assessing student progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Learning: Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet the needs of all students.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support improvement.
  • Student Support: Provide individualized support to students who require additional help or have special educational needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualifications: Hold QTS/QTLS and have relevant teaching experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage learners, and passion for making a positive impact on students' lives.
