**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC One. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to ensure the highest standards of care.

This is a full-time role working night shifts, 38.5 hours per week, with 3 on and 3 off shifts. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented and committed team, providing essential physical and mental stimulation through a range of social and recreational activities.

The successful candidate will have completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care and be willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and residents alike.

A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum is available, depending on experience, plus benefits including paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, and access to a company pension scheme.
