We are seeking a talented and experienced Boutique Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors at Jo Malone London. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of retail management experience, preferably within the beauty or fast-paced retail environment. You will have experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling, as well as previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation.

As a Boutique Manager, you will be accountable for creating and executing in-store events, coaching and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring the smooth running of the store. You will also be responsible for elevating our in-store events and drawing success from them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a high-performing team of Sales Advisors
  • Create and execute a business plan to drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence
  • Develop and implement in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Ensure the smooth running of the store, including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service targets

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably within the beauty or fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
