About the Role

We are working alongside a fantastic Secondary School in Hillingdon who are currently looking to take on x3 brilliant Unqualified Secondary Classroom Assistants, to support the lead teacher throughout the lesson, assisting with the preparing and distributing of materials, and supporting the needs of students and those with SEN.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the lead teacher in the classroom, assisting with lesson preparation and distribution of materials.
  • Support the needs of students and those with SEN, holding 1:1 or group sessions to provide focus on the work they have set out and tailor the learning process to meet their needs.
  • Work with students in 1:1 and group focus groups to improve academic and social performance.
