A Day in the Life of a Steward

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, serving food and beverages to clients
  • Provide counter service, upsell, and promote our menu offerings
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to high standards of housekeeping
  • Assist with table service, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Restock and manage inventory, utilizing the FIFO method
  • Clean dining rooms and serving areas, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Report any feedback, complaints, or suggestions to your line manager

Requirements

  • DBS check required for application
  • Food hygiene certificate desirable, but not essential
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, but full training will be provided
