About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a welcoming and inclusive school environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and assistance to students, ensuring each one receives the attention they deserve.
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive team of assistants and dedicated class teachers to create a cohesive and effective learning environment.
  • Engage with intimate groups of 6-8 students, allowing for meaningful interactions and focused support.
  • Help foster both social and cognitive growth for a well-rounded educational journey.

Requirements
  • A valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscription to the DBS Update Service.
  • Relevant qualifications and training for this role.
