About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care and support to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist registered practitioners in providing care and support to patients
  • Carry out tasks delegated by registered practitioners
  • Comply with the Trust's vision, values, and behavioural compact

Requirements

  • Maths and English at level 1 or above (GCSE A-E or equivalent)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, carers, and colleagues
  • Basic skills of empathy and reassurance
  • Basic keyboard and IT skills
