As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential care services. This includes managing staff, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in operations management, preferably in a care services setting. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, young people, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of staff to deliver high-quality care services
