Key Responsibilities
- Support the line manager with the accurate and timely completion of all store documents, including rotas and store risk assessments
- Take an active role in assisting the line manager with the training and development of the team, including encouraging progression to create a skilled team
- Ensure that all compliance and Health and Safety standards are maintained, including allergens and EHO visits
- Assist the line manager to oversee optimal stock and wastage levels, ensuring proper ordering and training of key staff
- Maximize sales opportunities through excellent presentation, optimal ordering, and all relevant sales techniques
- Work with the line manager to monitor KPIs and ensure targets are being met and reviewed consistently through development plans
- Keep up-to-date with relevant Costa Coffee brand standards and communications, including internal Goldex Investments standards and communications
- Ensure consistent communications with both the line manager and office staff to keep stores functioning
