Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Community Mental Health Team in Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions to individuals with mental health difficulties.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify individuals' strengths, needs, and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to promote independence, well-being, and recovery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive mental health support to individuals and their families.
  • Provide supervision and mentoring to junior occupational therapists and support workers.
  • Contribute to service development and audits to ensure high-quality care and services.
