About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team, reporting directly to the Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project budgets, cost plans, and financial reports for projects ranging from £400k to £2.5m.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Budgeting and Cost Planning: Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Cost Analysis and Risk Management: Conduct thorough cost analysis and risk management to identify potential issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Procurement and Subcontractor Management: Oversee procurement processes and manage subcontractor accounts to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Financial Advice and Support: Provide accurate and timely financial advice to project teams to inform decision-making and drive project success.
- Client and Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
