About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Low Carbon Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the installation of low carbon technology, including air source heat pumps, in customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, service, fault find, and repair low carbon technology in customers' homes.
  • Work as part of a team to support the installation of low carbon technology.
  • Interact with customers to provide excellent customer service.
  • Plan, select, install, service, and maintain low carbon technology with the supervision and support of experienced team members.
Requirements
  • Maths and English GCSE at level 4-9, functional skills Maths and English, or equivalent.
  • A full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points.
  • Permanent right to work in the UK for the duration of Apprenticeship.
  • Great problem-solving skills.
  • Resilience and ability to learn from mistakes.
  • Motivation to learn and develop.
