Experienced Support Team Member

As a Senior Support Worker at Voyage Care Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients. With a focus on delivering high-quality care and promoting independence, you will work collaboratively with our team to create personalized plans that meet each individual's unique needs.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is estimated to be between £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive enhanced pay for evenings and weekends, with an additional 50p per hour. Premium overtime rates are also available, with +1 per hour applied to all overtime worked.
We also offer Wagestream, allowing you to draw up to 40% of your earned pay as and when you need it. Other benefits are also available, including [insert other benefits here].
