As a Catering Team Member at beBee Professionals, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food service in our Great Yarmouth location. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will assist the kitchen staff in preparing and serving high-quality food to customers, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring all food items meet health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of food for customers, adhering to recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in the kitchen and dining areas, following strict health and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Help with stock control, restocking supplies as needed, and monitoring inventory levels to prevent waste.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve our goals, supporting each other during busy periods.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment (advantageous).
- Basic food hygiene knowledge (Food Hygiene Certificate preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
