Job Description
  • Kitchen Set-Up and Maintenance: Responsible for setting up the kitchen and ensuring par levels of prepared pasta sauces and ingredients.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food to the highest standard, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities

  4. Monitor food availability and inform team leaders.
  5. Document food information and record stock rotation.

  7. Check deliveries, report issues, and store items appropriately.
  8. Operate the wash-up area effectively and ensure equipment is cleaned thoroughly.
  9. Dispose of rubbish correctly and report equipment defects.
  10. Follow close-down procedures and maintain a clean kitchen.
  11. Organize pest checks and report concerns.
