Job Title: Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of contracts and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of middle managers, providing support and career advancement opportunities.
  • Monitor and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) on the contract.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, improving and enhancing their experience.
  • Ensure compliance with service delivery guidelines, minimizing fines and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze profit and loss (P+L) statements, minimizing fines and seeking cost-effective services from subcontractors.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize profits while minimizing risk.
  • Manage all planned and reactive work across the contract, including project, lifecycle, and variation work.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of health and safety and in line with best practice guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Experience managing contracts with a turnover of circa £1m.
  • Experience in managing an FM operations team.
  • Desirable experience within complex contracts or public sector clients.
  • Strong communication and motivational skills.
  • Friendly and professional attitude, able to work with clients while also asserting themselves as required.
