We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Contract Specialist to join our dynamic team at CB Heating Ltd, a leading company in the renewables sector. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business growth and expansion plans.

Job Summary:

  • Manage a portfolio of suppliers and contracts to ensure seamless procurement and supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business strategies and provide support on contractual, commercial, and logistical matters.
  • Perform all procurement activities, including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, and purchasing goods.
  • Identify areas for improvement to drive performance and business results.
  • Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure goods and services from suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a stable and reliable supply chain.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement costs to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement and contract management, with a strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
