The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C marketing and experience with ESP/Marketing automation or CRM technology.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing email campaigns, including planning, delivery, and analysis.
- Collaborating with the wider marketing team to produce campaigns in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
- Proposing campaign and audience tests to improve key success metrics.
- Writing and proofing copy for campaigns.
- Staying up-to-date with competitor email activity and wider email marketing trends.
Personal specification:
- Strong organisation and coordination skills with excellent time management and planning.
- Excellent attention to detail and logical approach to tasks.
- Competent in Excel and/or Google sheets.
- Experience in understanding how to read data and trend insights.
- Able to work well independently and collaboratively, in-person and remote.
