We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Kream, a leading main dealer in Bridgwater. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar motor industry role and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for:
- Booking and managing customer appointments to ensure maximum workshop utilization.
- Confirming customer requirements and providing accurate, fully inclusive costing.
- Maximizing workshop hours to ensure constant 100% utilization of capacity.
- Producing accurate job cards, invoices, estimates, and related information.
- Responding to customer enquiries in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Ensuring customers are greeted professionally and offered courtesy services as appropriate.
- Keeping customers informed of completion deadlines and extending them if required.
- Obtaining authority to proceed with additional work and up-selling related products and services.
