Job Title: Head of Revenue

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Head of Revenue is responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing profit delivery across all revenue streams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and experience in hotel-based revenue management. They will lead the revenue team, develop and implement revenue strategies, and cultivate a revenue culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to drive growth and maximize profit delivery
  • Lead the revenue team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective revenue management
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Leadership Team and Hotel General Managers to achieve revenue targets
  • Monitor and analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue
  • Manage and maintain accurate room forecasting and revenue projections
  • Continuously evaluate and improve revenue processes and procedures
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel-based revenue management
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to travel when required
