Real Estate Investor Relations Specialist

Michael Page (UK) is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Specialist to join their team in a Real Estate investment firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investor relations, with a focus on marketing discretionary investment funds to a UK/European institutional investor base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement investor relations strategies to build and maintain relationships with institutional investors.
- Prepare and deliver investor presentations, reports, and other materials to support fund-raising activities.
- Collaborate with the investment team to ensure accurate and timely financial data and reports are provided to investors.
- Manage and track investor database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in onboarding new investors, providing a key point of contact within the business.
- Organize and participate in investor meetings, presentations, and other events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in investor relations, with a focus on marketing discretionary investment funds to a UK/European institutional investor base.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and time management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- High-level competency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Discretion required in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- High-grade degree in a relevant field, such as Real Estate or Real Estate Finance.
