h3>Private Equity Real Estate Investor Relations Role/p>About Our Client/p>Our client is a leading private equity real estate investor seeking a highly skilled Investor Relations Associate to join their UK team./p>p>Job Summary/p>As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting Senior Partners in all investor relations and fund-raising activities. This includes collating financial data, project managing fund-raising, and managing the investor database./p>p>Key Responsibilities:/p>ul>li>Collate all necessary financial data and reports from the Investment and Asset Management teams./li>li>Project manage future fund-raising for existing and new products in the fund series./li>li>Manage, track and update the investor database./li>li>Organise and assist the Senior Partner in presenting and hosting investor meetings./li>li>Participate in various projects and process improvement initiatives./li>/ul>p>The Ideal Candidate:/p>ul>li>Prior experience in investor relations, with a strong background in proposal writing and RFP management./li>li>Existing network and contacts in UK Institutional pension funds highly desirable./li>li>Excellent numerical, writing, and project management skills./li>li>High-grade degree in Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, or a related field from a top-tier university./li>li>Prior experience in a principal-led Real Estate Investor Relations position, having worked in a PE Real Estate Investment or Asset Management business./li>/ul>p>What We Offer:/p>ul>li>Competitive fixed compensation with excellent discretionary bonuses./li>li>Benefits and pension./li>/ul>
