As a Group Workout Instructor, you'll be part of a fun and lively team that inspires others to work together and deliver their best. With your previous experience in the fitness industry, you'll be full of enthusiasm and love talking with people while motivating them to push themselves to achieve their goals in a safe and encouraging manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and motivating group workouts to large and small classes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Build strong relationships with customers of all abilities, putting their needs at the forefront of everything you do.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge and stay up-to-date with new trends in the industry.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure our facilities are clean, safe, and meet regulatory standards.
