About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Workout Instructor to join our team at Places Leisure. As a Group Workout Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective group fitness classes to our members, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality group fitness classes to a variety of age groups and fitness levels
  • Develop and maintain a strong rapport with members, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new group fitness programs and initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 qualification, with a desire to achieve CIMSPA Practitioner/Reps Level 3
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • A passion for fitness and wellness, with a commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles and behaviors
