We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of projects, including tendering, estimating, and procurement of materials and labour.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in the HVAC industry. They will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, with a commercial heating bias and some air conditioning projects also.
The Mechanical Project Manager will work closely with clients to provide ongoing progress updates and ensure H&S compliance on projects. They will also be responsible for producing RAMS and safety documentation, as well as reviewing technical drawings and specifications for take offs to create a materials list.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tendering and estimating projects
- Procurement of materials and labour
- Compiling RAMs and ensuring H&S compliance on projects
- Programme management and liaison with clients
- Reviewing technical drawings and specifications for take offs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a mechanical project manager role
- Ability to oversee multiple projects at any one time
- Based within commutable distance to the Manchester area
Benefits:
- Salary £50,000 - £60,000, depending on experience
- Bonus scheme uncapped based on performance
- Car Allowance £6,000
- Paid holiday plus Bank
