We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Financial Controller to join our team at Premier Christian Communications Ltd. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial management systems and controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage the financial planning and budgeting process, including preparing and presenting financial reports to the Senior Leadership Team and Chair of Trustees.
- Oversee the processing of accounts, payroll, and banking functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide financial guidance and support to the national charity and local clinics, ensuring accurate financial management and compliance with financial regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local clinics and churches, ensuring effective communication and collaboration on financial matters.
- Contribute to the fundraising strategy and development of budgets for fundraising projects, ensuring accurate financial planning and management.
- Lead monthly budget reporting meetings for the Senior Leadership Team and Chair of Trustees, using analytical skills to highlight patterns or potential risks or problems arising.
- At least three years' experience as a finance professional, with a strong background in financial management and control.
- Excellent knowledge of financial management and budgets, with experience of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Accounting qualification, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and company policies.
- Experience, interest in, or commitment to a career in additional needs and inclusion.
- Interest in or experience of working in the charity/NGO sector.
