Production Team Leader

Production Team Leaders are needed in Telford, Shropshire to join a prestigious and leading FMCG business. This role will be working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, with a starting salary of just over £31,500 per annum, rising to just under £37,500 per annum, and then to just over £41,000 per annum once fully signed off and trained.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a dedicated team within the production department, driving performance to meet and exceed targets.
  2. Develop and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your team, ensuring continuous improvement.
  3. Complete necessary daily paperwork with precision and conduct thorough shift handovers.
  4. Collaborate closely with other team leaders to ensure seamless operations across shifts.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  2. Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of motivating teams to achieve their best.
