Community Mental Health Practitioner

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse to work with a client in Manchester. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health support and be able to work effectively within the community.
Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive mental health support to individuals within the community
- Developing and implementing care plans tailored to clients' unique needs
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment and support
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- NMC Registration with a minimum of 6 months validity
- Completed MAPA training
- A minimum of 6 months of post-qualification experience as a Community Psychiatric Nurse
