About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Adviser - Manager to join our client, a well-established UK Financial Advice company with offices in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Senior Financial Planners, Financial Advisers, and support teams (circa 25 employees) while managing an existing client bank and dealing with new HNW client enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of Senior Financial Planners, Financial Advisers, and support teams
- Lead and manage the offices while managing an existing client bank
- Provide clients with independent financial advice and make recommendations on how to best meet their goals
- Manage and develop your own client bank
- Full paraplanning and admin support
