Senior Financial Services Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Services Administrator to join our team in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our Financial Advisors and client banks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and complete suitability reports using templates
  • Conduct research and provide accurate information to clients and providers
  • Manage investment fund switches and rebalances
  • Support regular client reviews and maintain accurate records
  • Collate and analyze management information (MI)
  • Develop and maintain PowerPoint presentations and Office 365 skills
  • Utilize various research tools and systems to provide expert support
  • Communicate effectively with clients and providers through verbal and written correspondence
  • Manage diaries and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Perform general office duties and provide administrative support as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Financial Services environment
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
