About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of residential and commercial property instructions, specializing in property litigation and the recovery of property-related debts.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of litigation processes and procedures.
  • At least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a commercial litigation department.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
