About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Centre Manager to join our team in Waltham Abbey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and ensuring the highest standards of professionalism.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business-to-business sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience. You will be responsible for developing and executing a robust sales and marketing strategy to maximise space occupancy, overseeing the daily activities of the centre's receptionists, and addressing tenant inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy to drive occupancy and revenue growth
  • Oversee the daily operations of the centre, including facilities management and budgeting
  • Build and maintain relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Coordinate with various teams to provide exceptional customer service and implement marketing strategies
  • Conduct audits and inspections to maintain a compliant and safe working environment
  • Forecast tenant occupancy and create rent forecasts for upcoming months
  • Ensure compliance with statutory H&S obligations and maintain up-to-date GDPR and AML knowledge
Requirements
  • Proven success in business-to-business sales with a minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Ability to manage and motivate a small team
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in self-generation of new business sales leads
  • Professional communication skills and experience in building and maintaining business relationships
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
